Maybe this is an area NATO should be looking at, expanding the school in Canada with an "Aggressor", component made up of ex military fast jets like F-16s or 18s operated by a contractor. EW could also be part of the programme. Of course NATO could also utilise US operations more, maybe by partially funding them to open more slots to European participation. Also the cost of such deployments could also be partial funded form joint NATO funds. Alternatively NATO could set up a Europe based such centre if it can find the required air and ground space.

Not sure if this is the place, but can't think of anywhere else for it to go. Never seen mention of this before, but is mentioned in regard to pilot training against '5th generation' threats. Might be something that we need to consider in a few years time.
