Sterling L2A3

Post by GastonGlocker »

The sterling Sterling MK4:

It seems to have been/is highly regarded, especially the magazine. In trials against the Uzi and others, it came out on top.

yes the sterling was fun to shoot. And sometimes you saw nice little craters in the target and no holes at 25m even with 2z. you just don't want to drop it either with a magazine on it.

Can we re title the thread with its proper designation L2A3 instead of Mk4?

The Imperial marksmanship program needs a revamp. Perhaps the stormtrooper helmet needs a redesign to allow a better cheekweld

Ever-lasting truths: Multi-year budgets/ planning by necessity have to address the painful questions; more often than not the Either-Or prevails over Both-And.

Had a nasty problem of discharging on the Gemini crews on search and board ops in Northern Ireland if they hit the hull hard coming alongside. Due to the holding of the weapon one handed upright while driving. They eventually replaced because of the little problem. but were retained for the search party because of there effectiveness in close quarters.
