Badge identification

Hi,

I'm trying to find out what a badge is. It was awarded by the Marine Nationale after a maritime operation, possibly special ops. It is an anchor with two seahorses facing inwards, and wings. Does anyone know what it is?

Well, that one seems to be a French 'Swimmer Combat Commando Marine National' badge.
