May be some of the proceeds will go towards better retention: "DEO will also invest in over 25,000 new and refurbished houses and single living accommodation"

The levelling-up team is sure, though, to mess up the allocation of new investments

When we those lists published? For one RAF Mildenhall now seems to have a secure future as the USAF has abandoned plans to move the units to mainland Europe.

Also many of these sites should not be sold to Private Developers at stupidly cheap prices like has been done in the past. These should be prime sites for social and affordable housing, especially those in or around major towns or cities.

"Rosyth drydock no.1 will be repurchased and relocated to Portsmouth", someone in the MoD didn't say today.

I wonder how many of those closure and subsequent unit moves are fully funded...

Compare the dates from the original document and see how many more get extended.
