As far as the Volunteers go besides help from the Army Regulars there are also quiet a few Militia units that have been fighting against the Russians and Separatists in the eastern half of the country for almost eight years. These are like to have gained a fair amount of experience of the type of combat the new Volunteers are going to experience. As a result the would be a good source of NCOs for these new units or even better form a core of the new units in addition to NCOs.

One thing is for sure, the NLAW has definitely shown how good it is, with its range, accuracy and hitting power definitely up to the job in hand. I also find it interesting how the Russian "Cage" armour on top of some of their tanks to provide some protection against top attack ATGWs like Javelin do not seem to be very effective. I have seen many photos of tanks so equipped knocked out by hits from above. I wonder how many of the photos were a result of an NLAW strike though.

What was a single vehicle doing there in the first place! Could this be staged?

Hiding between the trees, might have got lost or not made it to its destination overnight (looks like dawn).

Don't think its staged from the conversation between the 2 Ukrainian's (one asks if the NLAW has backblast and when given the answer gets out of the way..).

The NLAW is the closest thing I've seen to a perfect weapon system.

Excellent - the NLAW and Javelins helped stopped the initial attacks on Ukraine and put a stop to Putins plan - happy UK was part of that!
