An article from Deborah Haynes; nothing that most (all?) of us on here haven’t already decried or warned about whether in private or more publicly on this forum:

Tweet from Mr Drummond. I hope it performs well. I wonder what % of other buyers would prefer to put this module on tracks.

Re: Brexit - The UK's EU Referendum & Withdrawal
“Would that not be admitting being in the EU was not the be all and end all to the UK economic prosperity.” You could come to that conclusion if prior to the mini budget the UK economy had been performing as well or better than other G7 countries since leaving the EU and that your point is my mentio...

Re: Brexit - The UK's EU Referendum & Withdrawal
A throwaway remark on my part as a result of reading about the IMF intervention of 1976 and seeing similarities between then and now. Kwarteng’s disastrous mini budget required the IMF to pass comment, but of course unlike in 1976 there hasn’t (for now) been a requirement for the UK government to fo...

Re: Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers - News and Discussion
I don’t think bobp is suggesting it’s ok because “he did it in the fucking 70s”. Unfortunately, I think his post illustrates the variety of tasks (in addition to those given to downsizer’s colleagues) that could be awaiting the crew of HMS QE & others in the months to come.

I'm sure you are cock-a-hoop about that. But he's wrong. By the way - where did my last two comments on this thread disappear to? Definitely not happy at all. Would be more “cock a hoop” if Lebedev & others of his ilk chose somewhere else to spend their money. Maybe he is wrong, but Russians li...

Re: Brexit - The UK's EU Referendum & Withdrawal
“Less relevant in setting EU laws yeah it’s why we left, not sure how that makes us less relevant…” EU regulations, which we used to have significant input in shaping (to our benefit), are a standard for exporting businesses around the world to meet because in doing so it makes it easier to access a...

Re: Brexit - The UK's EU Referendum & Withdrawal
This is all down to the ongoing gureilla warfare by the remoaners and the establishment against the wishes of the british people.. this will continue for as long as people dont accept the vote. Yep, those pesky remoaners ruining Brexit with their 80 seat majority; their famous Brexit denying press ...

Re: Brexit - The UK's EU Referendum & Withdrawal
Less relevant, less wealthy, less sovereign. Brexit is failing. Like communism, it will always be that it wasn’t pure enough, it wasn’t done properly, etc, etc. Those are just your opinions Would love to be wrong. Just out of interest would you be able to define why you think we are Less relevant -...

Re: Brexit - The UK's EU Referendum & Withdrawal
I liked your imaginary discussion of how future governments might return the UK to the EU. I understand that you are not supportive of that and perhaps view joining the SM as the thin end of the wedge. Fair enough. My comments between yours are an attempt from my phone to answer some of the points y...

To me a return to the Single Market in the next 5 years is a strong possibility - a set up that Daniel Hannan of Vote Leave said we wouldn’t leave as part of his Brexit campaign.

Carole Cadwalladr or Carole Codswallop has become a complete conspiracy theorist cat lady.
