I guess that they did not have time to fit them, but due to current world events a bit worrisome.

Happy to see that there is at least a bow sonar dome at the bow. A few months before she is launched I guess.

Re: Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers - News and Discussion

If a carrier had vls and loaded the tubes using an onboard crane , the crane would be pitching and rolling with the tube., unlike the scenario of a ship being loaded by a crane on an auxiliary pitching differently And the missile dangling from the crane on the end of a wire how would that behave?

Re: Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers - News and Discussion

So we now know it was an underwater coupling that was corroded, but only on the starboard side, but not on the port. Is there a material difference in construction that caused it to corrode or some other cause such as stray electrical currents ?

Definitely not minor, to replace a coupling even if it is just corrosion damage is a big job.

Re: Advice joining Uk forces

Regarding fitness, I have no idea whether RAF standards are lower than the army, but it is the case that basic training is pretty tough and if she uses a inhaler or needs one then i imagine they may say no. But worth a try.
