Re: Boxer / Mechanised Infantry Vehicle (MIV)
Just going past warcop training centre, a66.
Just fought a glimpse of an 8x8 fitted with a turret.
Unfortunately didn't have time to stop or go back for a better look. So can only presume it was a boxer.

You mean treasury. RN probably too scared to tell them this as they'll be cut a type 45 as unnecessary as CVF defends itself from missile attack...Lord Jim wrote:Mind you yet again a Carrier is designed with SAMs, but our Admirals are adamant that ours do not need such weapon systems!

Dunno, I kinda like it, wonder about the stability, if it can fire without extending stabilizer legs through the full 360 then I prefer it to the other lorry based solutions I've seen.

Re: Type 83 Destroyer (RN) [News Only]
The problem is that when the multiple other navies destroyers are 10k+ tonnes mounting 96-128 vls silos, then that becomes the baseline for a Destroyer (Us matching it is not making a gold-plated cruiser, but a hopefully, if we're lucky comparable destroyer that with luck could survive a fight)
