This is where if Boris was smart he’d say to the SNP yes you can have another vote but not until 5 years after brexit has happened and explain to the people of Scotland this is so everyone can see what it’ll really be like and not just the he says she says of an unknown. While also explaining how distubitive this would be while also undertaking brexit.
This would keep the SNP in there place as any further demands would look petty and unreasonable to the public while giving the union time to build up a package for both out comes.
It’d also give the people a chance to see the truth in either way as said above, as right now the sway to independence is due to the unknown of brexit thinking it’d be a disaster.
We also have to remember that over recent years we’ve seen poles are very out of touch, every pole both brexit said we’d stay, every pole before trump said Hillary would win, every pole said Cons would get a massive majority. All wrong in every way.
Poles can also be purposely skewed in the discretion wanted by the question asked, the answered offered as options, the area it’s conducted in and the numbers asked.
