Panzerbrigade 42 will be recreated for this, and will have one tank battalion (Panzerbataillon 203) and one battalion of the armoured infantry on Puma (Panzergrenadierbataillon 122). There are some reports that 203 battalion will be sent without tanks. This units sent 18 of their Leopards to Ukraine and are now waiting for Leo 2A8 to replace them. But as battalion was supposed to have 44 tanks, it is questionable will it really be sent without any tanks at all.

Who wants strong Germany?
Fortune favors brave sir, said Carrot cheerfully.
What's her position about heavily armed, well prepared and overmanned armies?
Oh, noone's ever heard of Fortune favoring them, sir.
According to General Tacticus, it's because they favor themselves…

ABSTRACT
Over time, the European Union (EU) could gradually become a major player in the EDTIB, the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base. In recent years, it has developed several initiatives to support defence industrial cooperation between Member States and their defence companies. For European capitals, this represents a major paradigm shift. How do they see this new role that the EU, and the Commission in particular, are in the process of
acquiring? What is their perception of the EU's toolbox for supporting the EDTIB?

To answer these questions, the Ares Group has decided to launch a series of seven papers (comments) on as many European countries. In this paper, Jana Puglierin examines how Germany principally welcomes Brussels’ efforts to boost European defence capabilities by launching initiatives to create a resilient, competitive, and innovative EDTIB. However, she states that the potential of the EU initiatives is seen as rather limited in Berlin and that the German government is reluctant to invest much energy or resources to advance them. A NATO-first approach, a missing European link of Germany’s Zeitenwende, the reluctance to give up sovereignty and control as well as growing financial constraints all prevent Berlin from seeing the full potential of the EU as an “enabler” of an increased European defence capability

We shot at a US drone by mistake but not to worry we didn't do any damage because the two missiles we fired were duds.

According to Bild, 6x6 Patria will replace Fuchs, with expected order of some 800 to 1000 vehicles. But this is still not officially confirmed.

The MMV concept is an interesting one.
”We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow." - Lord Palmerston
