Very many congratulations from Arizona. This is a proud day for the Royal Navy and its supporters. Rule Britannia.

I'm surprisingly moved, it has been a very long wait for you all.

We just need some aircraft to be thundering down the deck now Ron and we're back in the carrier aviation business once again!

If I may follow Ron - warm congratulations from South Africa also. I feel your pride and wish the ship and her crew all the very best. Rule Britannia!

Thick black smoke just came out from the aft island funnel. Clearer now as the ship is turning. Perhaps a little reverse engine power to brake and assist the turn?

I'm so glad that I've started a new job today and spent most of it doing HR paperwork. It's a good job that nothing exciting was happening. :(

I've discovered if you're on mobile it needs the Facebook app to work. It won't stream in browser.

Never really appreciated the size of her until the move today, absolutely huge!

It seems 820 NAS are getting a look in as well

I was thinking that too. Those lighter patches on the flightdeck bother me. Hope its less noticable with time and weathering.

Those lighter patches on the flight deck are where the TMS was applied for F35 operations.
