Looks like QNLZ is doing FOST down in sunnier climes, a bit further afield than the normal cruise off the Dorset coast.

To be honest, I'd be quite happy doing it for free! Up to 4 trips a day boring the public with my knowledge of the ships and dockyard.

Nipper is on GPMG duty, but the one right at the bow next to the ramp this time. Typical, as I'm not able to make it due to missus being unwell...

I had warning from nipper that it might be an unsociable hour...but come on! He reckons they all want to get home early after being thinned out lunchtime tomorrow.

Nipper posted this to us, trying his best to look warm! He reckons Pompey Revs will be on very soon, sometime this week if all goes to plan.

Spoke to nipper last night and he mentioned this, he now has his certificate for first entry in to the Artic Circle, though no blue nose ceremony as it was a tad chilly on deck!

Some more PWLS tweets. Spoke to nipper last night on secure phone, he said they had an Osprey on board, I initially thought he meant the bird of prey! They also got to go and have a snowball fight on the flight deck, though it was chilly, and he said it was strange to be at sea and have snow falling...

Spoke to nipper, he has not yet seen the northern lights but hopes to soon, has spotted some whales, ship behaving very well...though sea state has tested some of the new recruits stomach refluxes!
