It's linked to a deal they were doing a long time ago - got the portion of the airline (i think about 40%) but then the deal never happened. Heard they were trying to sell it.

Are they calling it Heavy RAS as it can carry heavier weights than before but not necessarily the originally specified "Heavy RAS" weights?
